Listening Diary: News Story#7
Hiya! Welcome to Johanna the Elephant's listening diary.🐘 In this blog, I will still talk about news story. On Saturday, I found this news story on SBS News in Dept, entitled "What rights do travellers have during the COVID pandemic?" (https://podcasts.google.com/feed/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5zYnMuY29tLmF1L3Nicy13b3JsZC1uZXdzLXJhZGlv/episode/aHR0cHM6Ly9hdWRpb21lZGlhLXNicy5ha2FtYWl6ZWQubmV0L2VuZ2xpc2hfOWM5OTNiNDktOTI0NC00YWJjLWI3M2MtZWNiZTAxNDFiN2JjLm1wMw?sa=X&ved=0CA8QkfYCahcKEwiYzpnqpOHvAhUAAAAAHQAAAAAQAQ). This news is presented by Karishma Luthria. Let's check the summary out⇩
Travelling |
There are some things people need to know about travelling in nowadays situations. When they book an airline, they need to be aware of rescheduling. If they cannot go on with the news schedule, make sure to wait for further information unless they do not want a refund.
💭💭💭
From this news story, I learned not to immediately cancel a flight before the airline ask about cancellation in order to get a refund.😂 It is not a surprise that these days many people ask for a reduced fare. However, I do not understand why they still have desire to travel.
Fortunately, I did not find any unfamiliar or difficult word(s) while listening to the news.😎
This is the end of the blog, I hope everyone stays aware and safe. Try to not travel in order to suppress the number of COVID-19 patients. Thank you and see you on the next blog!🐘
