THE PERFECT SONG

Hi everyone, Johanna the Elephant is back!🐘 Today's blog is lil bit different, the aura is darker than the previous blog.👻 Nope, it is not about ghost but a psychopath🗡Prepare your heart, I suggest you to pray before read this blog.😉

Yesterday, I read a thriller story on English e-Reader entitled "Psycho" by Robert Bloch. This one is a B1-level or Pre-Intermediate story and consists 39 pages with 8,911 words. I finished in it a day, I can not sleep because I was dying from curiosity (I am exaggerating, sorry). This story is worth to read for those who like thriller story and plot twists.

This story tells about Norman Bates, who has dissociative identity disorder (DID). He killed her mother and his mother's lover because he was jealous. He put the dead body at the cellar and began to think, talk, act, and be his mother. He can be Norman, his mother, or both of them. At the end, his mother got the power over his body.

I'd like to use Eminem - Lose Yourself. I found this song when I was searching through the internet about psycho and I think it suits the story.

He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to drop bombs

When Arbogast (a detective) came to the motel, Norman welcomed him but it did not last long. Arbogast knew that there's something suspicious so he tried to talk to Norman's mother on the other day. He entered the house quietly and walked to the stairs, suddenly there was a woman with a silver knife on her hand and ready to kill him. She stabbed him on his left eye to the corner of his lips. He could not do anything and died.

He's so mad, but he won't give up that easy, no

Norman was mad when Sam cornered him but he tried to control himself. When he realised that Lila raided his house to find evidences, he immediately ran to hold back his mother. Lila was almost killed but Sam saved her.

The soul's escaping, through this hole that is gaping
This world is mine for the taking

Norman and "his mother" fought in his head. Unfortunately, his mother was stronger than him. She took Norman's body and lived in it.

The clock's run out, time's up, over, bloah!

I guess this song suits the story. It visualises what Norman's feel in the story from being a killer until he lost his body and jailed. What do you think? If you are curious about the whole story, I have attached the link and feel free to comment another song that suits the story. See you!🐘
