Hiya! Welcome to the special blog of Johanna the Elephant!🐘 We all know that the world is now unhealthy because of the Coronavirus. Now, I'd like to share a news story about experimental drugs by Shepard Smith on The News with Shepard Smith, CNBC Television (https://youtu.be/mBOPNUK_apI). Let's read the summary.👇
Coronavirus |
The FDA had approved an antiviral drug for emergency use of Covid-19 called Remdesivir. This drug was only treated in people with severe Covid cases. There was also another drug called Molnupiravir. Nonetheless because of the complexity of the drugs, these drugs were still tested.

It was a relief to know about the drugs experiment. It brought hope for all people around the world to get rid of Covid-19. Therefore, creating a drug was not easy. It took a lot of time to make sure the usefulness and the side effects. Thus, while waiting for the drugs then we should still obey the health protocol.
In this news story, I found two unfamiliar words. They are antiviral and tamiflu, because you would only find them on "science talks". Haha. Now, to make this blog special, I will be one of the Covid-19 experts. After several minutes in Google, I decided to be Sylvie Champaloux Briand. So, let's hear the recording.🎧
How was it? Is my voice good enough to be an expert? After you heard about the news, are you happy? Well, at least we have found hope to feel the old days. But still, we should mind the health protocol. See you!🐘
